This provides visibility of booking value, transaction data, and course performance within your existing analytics environment.

Included as part of your core setup.
Your Google Analytics or website provider supplies your Measurement ID (G-) or Google Tag Manager ID (GTM-). A Booking Rooster programmer will add this to your system and enable tracking.
Booking Rooster sends the booking data, while your Google Analytics or Tag Manager setup controls how that data is processed and reported.

Ecommerce Purchase Tracking
Booking Rooster sends a purchase event to Google Analytics whenever a booking is completed.
- Event name: purchase
- Includes all completed bookings (paid, zero-value, and non-attendance)
- Enables ecommerce tracking within GA4
Transaction Data Capture
Each booking includes:
- Unique transaction ID
- Total booking value
- GST component
- Ticket-level details
This allows accurate revenue reporting and analysis within Google Analytics.
Google Tag Manager Support
Supports integration via Google Tag Manager.

Important Notes
- Booking Rooster connects to your existing Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager setup and does not manage your analytics configuration
- Booking Rooster sends booking data only; reporting and processing are controlled within Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
- Purchase events may be sent with a value of 0.00 for zero-value bookings
- Shipping is not applicable and is always sent as 0.00
- Advanced tracking (consent mode, remarketing, ads tracking) should be managed by your analytics provider
